Design and evaluation of tele-psychiatry system for the treatment of bipolar disorder
Abstract
Objective: Design and evaluation of the psychopsychiatry system for the treatment of bipolar disorder
Methods: The present study was compiled in three phases. The first phase is to conduct a systematic study. The second phase is compiling the characteristics, content and requirements of accompanying health and designing the psychopsychiatry system. The third phase includes system evaluation. The procedure of the intervention was as follows: after the design of the system was completed, it was installed in the patient's phone and after providing the necessary training, communication was established between the patient and the therapist. Then, after one month, the level of patients' satisfaction with the mobile health system and its user-friendliness were evaluated.
Results: The findings of the first objective of the thesis are as follows: 9 studies were included in the study based on the inclusion criteria. The results of the second and third goals are that the designed system includes four main parts: medicines, tests, visits and questionnaires. Finally, the findings of the evaluation of the system using the MARS tool by the relevant experts indicate a very good and acceptable quality of the system. Also, the applicability of four main aspects, including the level of complexity, user satisfaction, usefulness and learning ability of the system has been checked, and the results show the high satisfaction and applicability of the system.
