Introduction: Covid-19 pandemic is one of the crises that affected all countries, including Iran, since 2018. In addition to human, financial, economic and social losses, this pandemic also affected Iran's health system. Iran's health sector was also one of the sectors that faced many challenges during this period. The general purpose of this study is to investigate the challenges of Covid-19 management in the comprehensive health care centres of Yazd province. Method: The methodology employed in this study involved conducting face-to-face interviews with experts who were providing services at Yazd Comprehensive Health Service Centers during the Corona Pandemic. In this study, face-to-face interviews were conducted with healthcare professionals who were providing services at Yazd Comprehensive Health Service Centres during the Corona Pandemic. The interviews were semi-structured and conducted in person. The data were analysed using the content analysis method. Findings: The findings of the study were organised into seven main topics, namely "equipment, manpower, evidence and information, providing services, providing financial resources, leadership and management and vaccination", and 27 sub-topics, based on the process of coding and integration of codes and reaching similar concepts. The lack of equipment and the lack of proper management of consumption, the mismanagement of different categories of personnel, the publication of sometimes contradictory information and the lack of stability of communicated instructions, the disruption in service delivery due to the large number of patients referring to comprehensive health service centres, the lack of allocation of sufficient credit, the weakness in disease management and leadership, and the challenges related to vaccine supply and delivery were among the most important challenges related to this field in comprehensive health service centres during the Covid pandemic. Conclusion: The comprehensive health service centres in Yazd encountered numerous challenges during the pandemic. Some of these challenges were caused by problems and challenges that existed prior to the advent of the coronavirus pandemic, and due to their lack of resolution, they have intensified during the pandemic. keywords: Health services, Health system research, epidemic, pandemic, covid-19en_US
