This research is qualitative research and was conducted through interviews with the aim of identifying the challenges of the electronic prescribing system from the point of view of employees working in Taleghani-Sina-Madani and Imam Reza pharmacies in Tabriz in the summer of 1402.

Therefore, the paper version changed its place with its electronic method, but as we have seen, this method is not completely perfect, especially if this method is used without considering the capacities and infrastructure.
