چکیده
Colorectal cancer, especially melanoma, is one of the most important causes of mortality in the world. Micro-RNAs as genes involved in various cellular processes, especially apoptosis and cell migration, play an important role in the carcinogenic process. miR-23, miR-223 and miR-1246 miR-150 are important genes whose expression and epigenetic changes have been evaluated and confirmed in several cancers. In this study, the aim of this study was to evaluate the relative level of changes in the expression of these genes in serum samples of patients with CRC. Methods: During this study, serum samples from 50 patients and 50 samples from healthy individuals were collected as a control sample. After collecting RNA related to the samples, the samples were extracted and the expression of the desired gene was evaluated using real-time PCR. Differences in expression levels of the two groups were assessed by appropriate statistical tests. In statistical tests, Pvalue <0.05 was considered significant.
