چکیده
Deep vein thrombosis is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases caused by the formation of a clot in deep veins. DVT is a complex disorder and a number of causes whose clinical manifestations are initially asymptomatic and this fact has led to its clinical significance being ignored due to the prevalence of venous thrombosis and the lack of easy methods for identifying people at risk for this condition. The high level of identification of some bio-markers in this group of patients is felt today. The use of MicroRNAs as diagnostic biomarkers through blood and human plasma monitoring makes it possible to detect human diseases without any invasive methods. In this regard, in the present study, changes in the relative expression of miR-26a in patients with deep vein thrombosis were evaluated. Method:This study was performed on 40 patients with VDT and 40 healthy subjects selected after gender and age matched as control group. The relative expression of miR-26a was measured using PCR Results: The relative expression level of miR-26a in the case group was significantly increased compared to the control group
