Evaluation of Diagnostic Value of CD10 in Diagnosis of Thyroid Follicular Cell Carcinoma

Abstract

In this study diagnositic effect of CD10 in thyroid follicular carcinoma. Methods and Matherial: Approximately 100 patiants whom FNA reposrts would reported follicular neoplasm in Emam Reza Hospital, was investigated through immunohistochemical essey with CD10 biomarker and the results got analysed with Spss softwere. Results: Final diagnosis samples were reported as 55 patients of follicular variant of papillary carcinoma and 34 patiants were diagnosed as follicular carcinoma. 14.6% of patiants were male and 86.4% of them were female. Mean age was 44.53 with a standard deviation of 1.29. diagnositic sensitivity of CD10 for follicular variant of paillary carcinoma was 65.45% and 14.7 for follicular carcinoma.
