چکیده
Abstract: Introduction: productivity as an important oriented philosophy is an outstanding and noticeable factor which embraces wide range of state of a society and links their interests. This “productivity” in one se use, means optimum use of the exiting resource and possibilities for purpose of producing goods and products and rendering services. “Productivity” is usually affected by a varied number of factors of which those affecting human being’s role have been more valued than any other factors. Proper use of human resource as the most valuable and greatest wealth of any community has been gravely considered by any government. Lack of a proper and comprehensive plan coucoring man power has brought about great problems for our society. The importance of productivity and its value has not been recognized properly in our country because such a culture and approach had not already governed in our country. It is, therefore, necessary for us to take deistic measures in this connection. For this reason, this study considered the level in which the factors accelerate the rate pf productivity by managers of man power in Tabriz treatment training centers in 1999-2000. The required items of operation are: a. Conducting by managers an OJT (on the job training) course for personal. b. Enhancing personnel’s motives and stimuli by the managers. c. Providing by managers appropriate backgrounds in which the personnel would be able to show their initiatives and creativity. d. Establishing by managers a proper system for personnel promotion. e. Evaluating the personnel in a proper manner by the managers. f. Providing by the managers a proper system of reward/ punishment for personnel. Materials and procedures: This research is in the form of a descriptive study in which the effectiveness of 98 nursing managers in Tabriz was carefully taken into consideration. Questionnaire were the only tools for collection the data. These questionnaire were broken down into two sections; one for identifying individual/ social details and the other for studying and specifying the ways in which the nursing managers behaved, which in turn, consist of six parts. Discussion: The present study has shown that a great majority of Tabriz treatment- training centers operated in a medium way in applying the factors which give rise to the increase of man power productivity. Therefore, with regard to the importance of productivity principle and its relation to the manager’s effective operation for acquiring “culture productivity”, it was deemed advisable to establish some training courses for the managers in this connection.
