Therefore, given the importance of cost control costs, improve planning and resource allocation in the health sector, Calculate the cost of services provided at the health centers of Tabriz Shadpour for a comprehensive research project was conducted in three parts that In this study the costs of environmental health, nutrition, psychology and laboratories is calculated Method : This study is a cross-sectional study That in 1395 the Shadpour health centers with the aim of calculating the unit cost of , Environmental Health, nutrition, Psychology and Laboratory Services using a top-down costing was done. Since this study was conducted sampling and analysis of the cost of the census were used. The method of data collection in this study was direct observation and interview with process owners. For data analysis software was used EXCELL2010. Results: The results showed that the total cost of health complexes in 1394, equivalent to 2529727304 rials. That the amount of the costs, spending on personnel costs for a fee of 2012830904 (79.56 percent) And the lowest cost of municipal facilities costs to the amount of 20742872 rials (0.8 percent). The most expensive service, service "training target groups" related to psychology unit and the cheapest service, service "sanitary control of drinking water and air" about the health of the environment.

Conclusion: Integrate and organize similar activities in the process of providing services to prevent their recurrence and proper management of manpower and resources through programs such as a business, enhance productivity, and motivate personnel and such cuts could have an important role in cost reduction.
