dc.description.abstractAbstract: Introduction: Human resources play a key role in health organizations, and these organizations seek to maintain their own human resources, but they usually face difficulties in this regard.The purpose of this study was investigating the reasons for willingness to work and desertion of physicians and health care providers in private health complexes in marginal Tabriz city. Methods: This is a qualitative and review study conducted in two general stages. The first stage was a review study and the second stage was a qualitative study. Sampling was based on purposive and snowball sampling techniques. 21semi-structured interviews were conducted. Content analysis using a deductive and inductive approach was used to analysis the data. Results: The results of 36 studies were reviewed and were categorized into 6 main areas: financial issues, educational and occupational factors, work-related factors, personal and personal factors, welfare-related factors in the region, cultural and social factors based¬ on the analysis, financial and educational and occupational factors as the most important. The results of the qualitative study were classified into three main categories: internal organizational factors, external organizational factors, personal factors. Payment system, lack of security and job stability, the existence of some rules related to the private sector and the instability of executive were identified as the most important factors in the desertion of Health Complex. Conclusion: According to the results of the study, it is necessary to reduce the rate of desertion of health care physicians and health care providers from the private healthcare complexes of the urban border. Strategies include reforming the payment system, providing job security, providing Provide professional growth and career advancement for physicians, adopt a collaborative leadership style from managers of Health Complexes.en_US
