Abstract: Introduction: Achieving the most efficiency and effectiveness is the most important goal of hospitals. The lack of a coherent process and centralized system for timely monitoring and feedback of management activities leads to work parallelism, delays, waste of resources and reduced productivity. The process of gathering and analyzing information related to these activities, which are the basis of evidence-based decision making, must be met with accuracy, speed and efficiency. This study aimed to enhance these processes. Materials and Methods: First, in an extensive review, research activities in the field of hospital management were reviewed in terms of content and methodology. Subsequently, the process of monitoring the management activities and related operational plans was reviewed in the framework of action research. An upgraded process was deployed using innovative software tools developed by the researcher. Result: Continuous monitoring of activities is done through software. Key management reports are made available to senior managers and heads of departments, units and experts. These reports are periodically prioritized and formulated in the Quality Assessment and Monitoring Committee, intervention and intervention measures and operational plans. Monitoring results are presented to the leadership and management team and the necessary decisions are made. These reports are the basis of managerial evidence-based decisions. Conclusion: By deploying the right process, using the right software tools and the will of senior executives, it is possible to ensure that organizational goals are met efficiently and effectively and that human resources are properly managed. The proposed solution, in addition to meeting the information needs of managers at different levels, sets out a specific process for them to perform their managerial tasks systematically.en_US
