Study of CDNF-loaded PLLA biomaterial effect on endogenous neural stem cells migration and functional recovery in a rat model of Parkinson’s disease

Abstract

In this study, it was found that the CDNF-loaded PLLA and CDNF alone could stimulate the proliferation and migration of endogenous neural stem cells from the SVZ to the lesion site and reduce motor disturbances in the Parkinsonian model rats.
