Histopathological Evaluation of long term dermal administration of NLC (Nanostructure Lipid Carrier)

Abstract

Results of several evaluation, except for incidental differences, it did not show any effects of dermal toxicity in long-term dermal use of NLC. Obviously, the results of 12-month samples of antioxidant properties in Constituent ingredients of NLC particles were also observed. The results confirm the non-toxicity and safety of these particles in long-term use in dermatological products as nanocarriers.
