One stage repaire of hypospadisis with choree (a new techinque)

Abstract

This new technique was performed on 9 hypospadiasis patient with chordee all cases had midshaft or distal hypospadiasis. Surgical techinque. A circumcisional incission is done at subcronal line and continued to orifice ventrally for releasing of chordee. After removing chordee, two pedicle prepetual flaps is created from ventral prepuce. The median part of flaps sutured ventrally for creating the distal urethraltube. Urethra is repaired over no. 12 or other proper size stent. Covering of ventral penile is carried out by one of the following methods: 1. In mild and distal hypospadiasis the ventral penis is covered by creating and uprising the penile skin. 2. In sever and proximal types, skin covering is done by dorsal prepetual flap. The results indicated that, 6 patients had complete recovery, 2 cases had small distal fistula and one patient had openning of distal urethra . Regarding these results, we can conclude that this simple and new technique will allow us to repaire the Hypospadiasis with cordea in one stage by using local flap without having need to use the extensive prepetual or other flaps.
