بررسی میزان تبعیت از درمان بیماران مبتلا به اسپوندیلیت انکیلوزان
چکیده
هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی میزان تبعیت از درمان بیماران مبتلا به اسپوندیلیت انکیلوزان می باشد. در یک مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی،92 بیمار مبتلا به ASکه به کلینیک روماتولوژی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز مراجعه کرده بودند، وارد مطالعه شدند.میزان تبعیت از درمان بیماران با استفاده از پرسشنامه کمپلیانس روماتولوژی (CQR-19) و نگرش ورزشی بیماران با استفاده از پرسشنامه نگرش ورزشی (EAQ-18) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. کمپلیانت بودن یا نبودن بیماران و همچنین نگرش ورزشی مناسب در بیماران ارزیابی شد. میانگین امتیاز پرسشنامه کمپلیانس روماتولوژی بیماران 61/11±36/54 در بازه 26/5 تا 68/73، و 28 بیمار (4/30%) با کمپلیانس درمانی و 64 بیمار (6/69%) کمپلیانس نداشتند. میانگین امتیاز پرسشنامه نگرش ورزشی بیماران 09/11±93/45 در بازه 37/20 تا 63/79 بود. بر این اساس 12 بیمار (0/13%) نگرش ورزشی مناسب داشتند و 80 بیمار (0/87%) نگرش ورزشی مناسب و تبعیت از دستورات ورزشی نداشتند. مصرف NSAIDs و نارضایتی از درمان به میزان معنیداری با عدم کمپلیانس بیماران همراه بود.,
According to the World Health Organization (WHO) report, compliance of chronic disease is about 50%. Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a progressive disease and finally it reduces the quality life of patients by decreasing the functional ability and disability caused byankylosing joints.An important issue in treatment of these chronic diseases is adherence to treatment, which leads to the successful treatment and control of the disease.In adescriptive-analytical study, 92 patients with AS who referred to Rheumatology Clinicof Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, were included the study. Adherence to treatment in patients was evaluated using compliance questionnaire for rheumatology (CQR-19) and exercise attitude of patients were evaluated using exercise attitude questionnaire (EAQ-18). Adherent or non-adherentand also appropriate exercise attitude were evaluated in patients. The mean score of the compliance questionnaire for rheumatologyin patients was 54.36±11.61 in the range of 5.62 to 73.68, and 28 patients (30.4%) were adherent and 64 patients (69.6%) were non-adherent.Accordingly, 12 patients (13.0%) had suitable exercise attitude and 80 patients (87.0%) had no appropriate exercise attitude and pay attention to exercise recommendations. The use of NSAIDs and dissatisfaction of treatment were significantly associated with patients' non-adherent.
