طراحی مدل اعتبار بخشی سلامت روان در برنامه پزشک خانواده در استان آذربایجانشرقی
چکیده
این مطالعه با بررسی مدلهای مختلف اعتباربخشی در کشورهای دیگر ، مدلی برای اعتباربخشی سلامت روان در برنامه پزشک خانواده ارائه داده است .برای مرور سیستماتیک اعتبار بخشی در سلامت روان از واژه های کلیدی mental health , accreditation به صورت ترکیبی در بانکهای اطلاعاتی Pub med , Scopus , Embase , PsycInfo and Google Scholar مقالات مرتبط تا پایان سال 2014 جستجو شدند . برای تعیین فرایندهای برنامه سلامت روان ، شاخصهای برنامه سلامت روان و استانداردهای برنامه سلامت روان از روش بحث گروهی متمرکز ، مشاهده دفاتر و مستندات ، تکنیک دلفی و پانل خبرگان استفاده شد . هفت مدل اعتباربخشی Peer ، MSNAP، AIMS، PLAN، ECTAS، AIMS-PICU و JCAHO در برنامه سلامت روان تعیین شدند . شاخصهای برنامه سلامت روان در سه طبقه پیامدهای بالینی ، تعیین کننده های سلامت روان و شاخصهای عملکردی تعریف شدند . چک لیست اعتبار بخشی برنامه سلامت روان در هشت حیطه اصلی ، 40 استاندارد و بیش از صد شاخص اندازه گیری تدوین یافت . ,
This study has presented a model of mental health accreditation in mental health in family medicine. We conducted a free search in Databases of PubMed, Scopus, EMBASE, PsycINFO and Google Scholar up to March 2014, searching for “mental health” and “accreditation” in keywords, titles, abstracts and all indexed fields. We used focus group discussion, formal documents, Delphi technique and expert panel in determining of main mental health services and processes and mental health measures. :Seven models of accreditation in mental health were determined. They were Peer or professional accreditation, The Memory Services National Accreditation Programme (MSNAP), Accreditation of acute in-patient mental health services (AIMS), Psychiatric Liaison Accreditation Network (PLAN), Electroconvulsive Therapy accreditation Service (ECTAS), psychiatric intensive care unit (AIMS-PICU), JCAHO Mental Health Care Network. Mental health measures were presented in three groups of outcomes, mental health determinants and performance indices. Mental health accreditation checklist includes: eight domain of measurement, 40 standard and more than 100 measures.
