همراهی آلوپسی آره آتا و زمینه آتوپی

Abstract

The present study evaluates the occurrence of atopia in patients suffering from alopecia as compared with healthy people. A 60-people sample included 30 patients with alopecia areata and 30 healthy people as a control group were similar with respect to age, gender and other cases, and this sample was selected radomly out of patients referring to dermatology ward if sina clinical center from nov.2011 to oct.2012, then the rate of atopic background occurance was studied and compared in each group. Mean age of patients with alopecia areata was 29.8712.68 _ 63.3% patients were male and 36.7% of them were female._ _Alopecia areat in 90% of patients was local and in 10% of patients was total. _Dsease period of 26.7% patient was shorter than 1 month and in 73.3% patients it was longer than 1 month. _16.7% patients had the background for this desease. _56.7% of patients had degree higher than diploma. _30% patients had psitive family background. _Most of patients(36.7%) had non-government job. _90% patients had dry skin. _26.7% patients mentioned allergy background. _16.7% patients were suffering from asthma. _Nail changes were observed in 33.7% patients. _Under-eyelids wrinkle was obseved in 50% patients. _Dermatitis was observed in 70% patients. _Palm dryness was observed in 73.3% patients. _Addition of palm lines was observed in 63.3% patients., هدف این مطالعه بررسی وجود آتوپی در بیماران مبتلا به آلوپسیصآره‌صآتا در مقایسه با افراد بدون آلوپسیصآره‌صآتا میصباشد.یک نمونه 60 نفره شامل 30 نفر مبتلا به آلوپسیصآره‌صآتا و 30 نفر سالم به‌صعنوان گروه کنترل که از نظر سن و جنس و سایر شرایط مشابه بودند و نمونه به صورت رندوم از بین بیماران مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه پوست مرکز آموزشی درمانی سینا از آبان90 تا مهر91 انتخاب شدند و میزان وجود زمینه‌صی آتوپیک را در هر گروه بررسی و مورد مقایسه قرار دادیم.میانگین سنی افراد مبتلای شرکت‌صکننده 68/1287/29سال بود.3/63 % بیماران را مرد و 7/36 % بیماران را زن تشکیل دادند.آلوپسیصآره‌صآتا در 90 % بیماران لوکال و در 10 % بیماران توتال بوده‌صاست.مدت زمان بیماری در 7/26 % بیماران کمتر از یک هفته و در 3/73% بیشتر از یک ماه بوده است.7/16% بیماران قبلا سابقه‌صی ابتلا به بیماری را داشتند.در 30% بیماران سابقه‌صی خانوادگی مثبت وجود داشت.7/56% بیماران دیپلم به بالا بودند.اکثر بیماران (7/36%) شغل آزاد داشتند.90% بیماران پوست خشک داشتند.7/26% بیماران سابقه‌صی آلرژی داشتند.7/16% بیماران مبتلا به آسم بودند.تغییرات ناخنی در 7/33 % بیماران وجود داشتند.چین زیر پلکی در 50 % بیماران وجود داشت.درماتیت در 70 % بیماران وجود داشت.خشکی کف دست در 3/73 % بیماران وجود داشت.افزایش خطوط کف دست در 3/63 % بیماران وجود داشت.
