تاثیر تزریق بتامتازون بر تغییرات حرکت جنین و بیوفیزیکال پروفایل و اندکس مایع آمنیوتیک در حاملگی های زودرس
چکیده
Preterm delivery Occurs in 7-10% of all pregnoneios and is a major causes of cinfautmortaliy and morbidity. 85% of neonatal mortality is due to prema turity. In pregnant women under 34 week of gestational age who are at risk of premature delivery interamas cular corticosteroid administered to acceleration of fetal lung maturation. The biophysical profile (BPP) is a non invasive test for assess fetal status in utero- in this Test problityot a asphyxia & fetal death is assessed. In some study observed corticosteroid decreased fetal movement and biophysical profile and Amniotic index. This study examin whether stroid administration offect fetal movement perception by mother and affect on biophysical profile and amniotic index. Materials and methods Forty pregnant women at 30-34wkotgestaion at risk fore preterm delivery were enrolled in the cohort study in Tabriz Alzahra Medical & ejection center. The patients recived two doses of Betamethason (12mg 24h apart in termascular). Fetal body movements & biophysical profile and amniotic indy measured. Be tore and in 12h 24h and 48h after the administration of second dose of Betamethason and Results are con pared. Results In this study was statistically signi ficant difference in the fetal movement before and 12h after Betamethason application. (P<0.03) Also statistical difference exist in fetal movement in 24h and 48h after Betamethason application. 12h after injection of Betamethason in fetal movement Decreased and 48h after injection in fetal movement returned primary hevel. In this study biophysical profile & amniotic in dexnot changed,
هدف از این مطالعه؛ بررسی تاثیر تزریق بتامتازون بر احساس حرکت جنین توسط مادر و پروفایل بیوفیزیکال و اندکس در حاملگی های زودرس بوده است.مواد و روشهادر یک مطالعه تحلیلی آینده نگر، 40 زن باردار با سن حاملگی 34-30 هفته در مرکز آموزشی و درمانی الزهراء تبریز طی مدت 12 ماه بررسی شدند. حرکات جنین و سونو پروفایل بیوفیزیکال و اندکس مایع آمنیوتیک قبل از تجویز mg 12/ بتامتازون / عضلانی دو دوز به فاصله 24 ساعت چک گردید و سپس به فاصله 24 ساعت و 48 ساعت بعد تزریق مجددا چک گردید و نتایج حاصله با نتایج قبل تزریق بتامتازون مقایسه گردید.نتایج در این مطالعه از نظر آماری رابطه معنی داری با توجه به 03/0=P بین حرکات جنین قبل بتامتازون و 12 ساعت بعد تزریق بتامتازون وجود داشت و نیز با توجه به 001/0=P رابطه معنی دار بین حرکات جنین 24 و 48 ساعت بعد تزریق بتامتازون وجود داشت به عبارت بهتر 12 ساعت بعد از تزریق بتامتازون حرکات جنین کاهش یافته بودو 48 ساعت بعد از تزریق بتامتازون حرکات جنین بهبود یافته بود اما نتایج پروفایل بیوفیزیکال و اندکس مایع آمنیوتیک بدون تغییر بوده است.
