ارزیابی تغییرات چشمی بعد از پیوند کلیه
چکیده
Our aim in this study was evaluation of ophthalmologic changes after kidney transplantation.In this study included 28 patients with CRF that has gone for transplantation to Tabriz hospital from 1384 to 1387 for 3 years. Each individual underwent routine ophthalmologic examination with Snellen visual acuity testing, slit-lamp examination, IOP measurement, and fundus examination. On admission and 6 monthes later follow-up visit, a routine ophthalmological examination was repeated.We evaluated these results and changes ophthalmological examination before and after renal transplantation.Overall 11 male and 17 female subjects with a mean age of 34/969/60 years were included. After renal transplantation, impairing visual acuity was detected in 5/30 % of patients ,14/28% elevated intra ocular pressure . The most prevalent abnor-mality was Cataract in 714% of patients before transplantation that not be progressed after transplantation .There was not significant relation between before and after changes in ophthalmol finding.
