تاثیر استفاده از cage جهت فیوژن ستون فقرات گردن بر ارتفاع دیسک بین مهره‌ایی مجاور

Abstract

Cervical spondylosis and disc herniation were the common causes of neck pain in the upper limbs. After discectomy, put Cage in place, gives immediate biomechanical support and Cage using for fusion is little risk of complications and the purpose of this study was evaluation effect of cage using in cervical fusion on adjacent intervertebral disc height. A cross sectional and descriptive analytical study that performed on patients for surgical treatment of neck disc herniation, Effect of cage using in cervical fusion on adjacent intervertebral disc height were evaluated. 20 patients were male and 16 female patients. In four patients studied Cage in level C3-C4, in 9 patients studied Cage at C4-C5, the 30 patients studied Cage in C5-C6 level and in six patients studied Cage in had placed. Mean age of male patients was 41.60 11.05 years and mean age of female patients was 49.81 8.97 years (P=0.022). The mean preoperative adjacent space in studied patients was 0.308 0.087 mm and the mean postoperative adjacent space in studied patients was 0.299 0.067 mm., هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر استفاده از Cage جهت فیوژن ستون فقرات گردنی بر ارتفاع دیسک بین مهره ایی مجاور است. در یک مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی تحلیلی که بر روی بیمارانی که برای درمان جراحی هرنی دیسکال گردن بستری شده بودند، انجام گرفت، تاثیر استفاده از Cage جهت فیوژن ستون فقرات گردنی بر ارتفاع دیسک بین مهره ایی مجاور را مورد بررسی قرار دادیم. 20 نفر از بیماران مرد و 16 نفر از بیماران زن بودند. در 4 نفر از بیماران مورد مطالعه کیج در سطح C3-C4، در 9 نفر از بیماران مورد مطالعه کیج در سطح C4-C5، در 30 نفر از بیماران مورد مطالعه کیج در سطح C5-C6 و در 6 نفر از بیماران مورد مطالعه کیج در سطح C6-C7 قرار داده شده بود. میانگین سن بیماران مرد 05/11 60/41 سال و میانگین سن بیماران زن 97/8 81/49 سال بود(022/0=P). میانگین فضای مجاور قبل از عمل دربیماران مورد مطالعه 087/0 308/0 میلی متر و میانگین فضای مجاور بعد از عمل در بیماران مورد مطالعه 067/0 299/0 میلی متربود.
