بررسی مطابقت برگه راهنمای دارویی ایران با ضوابط برگه ی راهنمای دارویی سازمان غذا و داروی ایران و آمریکا مصوب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز

Abstract

این مطالعه با عنوان «بررسی مطابقت برگه راهنمای دارویی ایران با ضوابط برگه‌ راهنمای دارویی سازمان غذا و داروی ایران و آمریکا» در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز انجام شد. این مطالعه با بررسی 158 برگه راهنمای دارویی مربوط به پرفروش‌ترین داروهای خوراکی در شش‌ماهه نخست سال 1393 انجام شد. بر اساس چک‌لیست تدوین‌شده از ضوابط سازمان غذا و داروی ایران و آمریکا، محتوای این برگه‌ها ارزیابی گردید. نتایج نشان داد اگرچه اطلاعاتی مانند موارد مصرف، منع مصرف و عوارض جانبی تقریباً در همه برگه‌ها ذکر شده است، اما ذکر منابع و تاریخ بازنگری غالباً نادیده گرفته شده است. همچنین، سطح خوانایی این برگه‌ها معادل کلاس‌های 10 و 11 محاسبه شد که برای عموم مردم مناسب نیست. ارزیابی شواهد نشان داد بیشتر اطلاعات مصرف دارو بر پایه شواهد بالینی ذکر شده است. در مجموع، میزان انطباق این برگه‌ها با استانداردها کافی نبوده و نیاز به بازنگری و بهبود کمی و کیفی برای افزایش کارایی و قابل‌فهم بودن آن‌ها وجود دارد.

This study, entitled “Assessment of Compliance of Iranian Patient Information Leaflets with the Guidelines of the Iranian and U.S. Food and Drug Administration”, was conducted at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. A total of 158 patient information leaflets (PILs) of the top-selling oral medications in the first half of 2014 were analyzed. The aim was to evaluate the extent to which pharmaceutical companies comply with national regulations regarding the information provided for patients in drug brochures. Findings showed that while most PILs included data on indications, contraindications, and side effects, references and revision dates were often missing. Readability assessment indicated that the leaflets were written at grade levels 10–11, unsuitable for the general population. Most indications were based on clinical evidence. Overall, compliance with standards was insufficient, highlighting the need for qualitative and quantitative improvements to make PILs more effective and understandable for patients.
