NON-EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

By signing and submitting this license, you (the author(s) or copyright owner) grants to Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) the non-exclusive right to reproduce, translate (as defined below), and/or distribute your submission (including the abstract) worldwide in print and electronic format and in any medium, including but not limited to audio or video.

You agree that TUMS may, without changing the content, translate the submission to any medium or format for the purpose of preservation.

You also agree that TUMS may keep more than one copy of this submission for purposes of security, back-up and preservation.

You represent that the submission is your original work, and that you have the right to grant the rights contained in this license. You also represent that your submission does not, to the best of your knowledge, infringe upon anyone's copyright.

If the submission contains material for which you do not hold copyright, you represent that you have obtained the unrestricted permission of the copyright owner to grant TUMS the rights required by this license, and that such third-party owned material is clearly identified and acknowledged within the text or content of the submission.

مجوز توزیع غیر انحصاری

با امضا و ارسال این مجوز، شما (نویسنده(گان) یا صاحب حق چاپ) حق غیر انحصاری تکثیر، ترجمه (مطابق تعریف زیر) و/یا توزیع اثر ارسالی خود (از جمله چکیده) را در سراسر جهان به صورت چاپی و الکترونیکی و در هر رسانه‌ای، از جمله اما نه محدود به صدا یا تصویر، به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز اعطا می‌کنید.

شما موافقت می‌کنید که دانشگاه می‌تواند بدون تغییر محتوا، اثر ارسالی را به هر رسانه یا قالبی به منظور نگهداری ترجمه کند.

همچنین موافقت می‌کنید که دانشگاه می‌تواند بیش از یک نسخه از این اثر ارسالی را برای اهداف امنیتی، پشتیبان‌گیری و حفاظت نگه دارد.

شما تأیید می‌کنید که اثر ارسالی، اثر اصلی شماست و حق اعطای حقوق مندرج در این مجوز را دارید. همچنین تأیید می‌کنید که اثر ارسالی شما، تا آنجا که می‌دانید، حق کپی هیچ‌کس را نقض نمی‌کند.

اگر اثر ارسالی حاوی مطالبی باشد که شما حق کپی آن را ندارید، شما اعلام می‌کنید که اجازه نامحدود صاحب حق کپی را برای اعطای حقوق مورد نیاز این مجوز به دانشگاه دریافت کرده‌اید و این مطالب متعلق به شخص ثالث به وضوح در متن یا محتوای اثر مشخص و تأیید شده است.

دانشگاه به وضوح نام شما را به عنوان نویسنده(ها) یا مالک(ان) اثر ارسالی شناسایی می‌کند و هیچ تغییری، به جز آنچه در این مجوز مجاز است، در اثر ارسالی شما ایجاد نخواهد کرد.
