چکیده
Pregnancy changes the body's immune system to fight infections, including COVID-19, which can cause the trait. Pregnant women are at risk of severe disease if they have covid-19. Taking this issue into consideration, the purpose of this study is to investigate and compare maternal-fetal-neonatal complications in pregnant women with covid-19 and compare. It is with non-covid-19 pregnant women, separated by gestational age based on the trimester of pregnancy, in the city of Tabriz. Methods: In this study, 151 pregnant women with covid and 151 pregnant women without covid who were between 15 and 45 years old and gave birth in one of Tabriz hospitals in 1400 were randomly selected and in terms of maternal and fetal complications and newborns were examined and compared. Results: In terms of maternal complications, 9 maternal deaths were recorded in the entire study, all of which occurred in the group of mothers with covid. However, the frequency of decollement and preeclampsia was not significantly different between the two groups. In terms of fetal complications, 9 cases of threatened abortion and 9 cases of abortion were recorded in the non-covid-19 group, which was only one case in the infected group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of intrauterine death, PROM and IUGR. However, premature birth was significantly more in the group with covid-19. In terms of neonatal complications, out of 151 births related to the group of mothers with covid, 104 cases of covid 19 babies were recorded. Hospitalization in the NICU was significantly higher in infants born to mothers infected with Covid-19 than in the non-infected group. Also, infant mortality did not differ between the two groups.
