Abstract
On the 30th of January 2020, the World Health Organization declared a severe respiratory disorder that arose from the city of Wuhan, China, as an emergency issue in global health, and on February 11, it called it Covid-19, and on March 11, 2020, it was declared as a pandemic. A disease that caused health, social and economic problems among the countries of the world. Identification of new receptors using modern genomic techniques expands our understanding of immune system mechanisms, molecules and pathways involved in immune modulation. The identification of Fc receptor (FCR)-like (FCRL) proteins as novel receptors has provided a great perspective on the conventional FcR family. Materials and methods: This study was done in a descriptive-analytical way. Out of 80 patients with corona virus (40 people with severe form and 40 people with mild form of COVID-19) referring to Imam Reza Medical Center (AS) in Tabriz and 40 healthy people who are our study populations in this research. Written and informed consent was received, then after taking blood from people, peripheral blood mononuclear cells were separated using Faicol and density gradient centrifugation. To measure gene expression, after extracting RNA from PBMCs, cDNA was made and the expression of FCRL1-6 genes was measured by Real Time-PCR technique. Results: Compared to the control group, our results significantly increased the frequency of the expression of FCRL1-3 and the expression of FCRL5 in the groups with severe and mild forms of Corona, while the expression of FCRL4 and FCRL6 significantly decreased in the groups with Corona in both forms. severe and mild compared to the healthy group.
