The results of studies show an increase in the number of patients with long-term complications caused by covid-19, therefore, considering the importance of the topic of this study, with the aim of investigating kidney, pulmonary and cardiac complications 3 and 6 months after contracting the covid-19 virus in hospitalized patients. The special care department was established in 1400. Methods: In this retrospective descriptive study, the files of 373 patients admitted to the intensive care unit due to corona were examined. The inclusion criteria of the patients was the absence of a history of underlying disease, who were hospitalized and discharged only because of Covid-19. The sampling method was clustered, such that Imam Reza (a.s.) and Sinai hospitals were considered as clusters, and the proportion of patients from each cluster was proportional to the size of that cluster (Sina Hospital = 73 people), Imam Reza Hospital ( 300 people) were selected. Demographic information (age, gender, marital status, employment status) and disease (reason for admission, initial symptoms, vital signs during the disease, re-visit, age, Bun level, Cr, CTNI, CKMB, renal complications (incidence rate of ARF), Pulmonary (shortness of breath, pulmonary fibrosis) and cardiac (myocarditis, blood pressure disorders, pericarditis, arrhythmias) developed through the researcher's checklist made from the patients' files and during phone calls. Finally, the data were extracted using tests Descriptive and analytical statistics were analyzed. Findings: The most common cause of admission in the examined patients was related to shortness of breath with 40.8%, followed by oxygen depletion with 37%. The results showed that 15 people (4%) have returned to the medical centers. The most used drug regime (antibiotic, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory + respiratory spray+anti virus) was reported with 65.7%. Pulmonary complications were observed in all patients (100%) during hospitalization. 32 cases of mortality in the 3-month follow-up were reported.
