Abstract
Introduction: In the systematic review study that was conducted, the Covid-19 vaccine was examined as an intervention, and the cost of the vaccine's effectiveness as well as the willingness to pay for it in different countries were examined. Method: This review was carried out according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA) and electronic search of relevant articles in valid databases such as PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane, SCOPUS, Science direct, Web of science, ProQuest, completed. Screening of studies was done by two researchers who reviewed the studies independently. At first, the titles and abstracts of the studies were reviewed. Full texts were reviewed for eligibility reports. Disputes were resolved with the help of a review by a consultant professor. The data extraction form was designed by the research team and the data extraction was piloted by the student and supervisor independently and controlled by the professors. Findings: The key parameters of the vaccination strategy included vaccine effectiveness, vaccine supply, population coverage, and population risk and priority. For the studies that examined the effects among different population groups, in 6 articles related to African countries, gender, marital status, education and age are considered as influencing variables in most of the articles, and the gender variable after P-Value Analysis the Mentioned Table 4 of the article is at a significant level. Conclusion: The studies published in the world indicated the cost effectiveness of the covid-19 vaccination, especially in the elderly or high-risk groups. The estimated values for the willingness to pay show that people in different countries of the world have acknowledged the willingness to pay in different ways, and different factors in different regions of the world affect the willingness to pay for the vaccination of the Covid-19 disease, which include Gender, income and education level can be mentioned. Keyword: Cost Effectiveness Analysis, willingness to pay, Covid-19 vaccination, Cost Benefit Analysis, Cost Utility Analysis
