Relation of AMH with life style of poor responder women
Abstract
Anti-Müllerian level (AMH) is a practical index of ovarian reserve and an index of ovarian response in infertile women. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between AMH level and demographic and lifestyle factors
Methods: In this cross-sectional study conducted at Al-Zahra Hospital, 119 patients with infertility complaints who did not respond to common infertility treatments were included in the study. In addition to the information in the questionnaires, questionnaires with confirmed validity and reliability of demographics (for example, age, education, habitat, etc.), lifestyle and AMH level have been recorded for each patient. Data were analyzed with SPSS-21 software.
findings: Age, educational status and habitat, diet and physical activity, and the sampling season showed a significant difference between subjects with AMH levels.
