Evaluation of expression ERVW-1 (HERV_W env) expression in patients with Multiple sclerosis compared to controle in Tabriz

Abstract
Multiple sclerosis is most common autoimmune disease of CNS and one of the important cause of physical disability in young adults. Different studies of MS patients, is autor of this article in this patients various aspect of immune system is involved. During the disease, peripheral immune cells migrate to CNS and enter the CNS environment through BBB. Different etiologies likes gentic and invironmental factors can be role in the creation of the disease. Many viral infections was known co-risk factors for MS that Human endogenous retrovius is amoung of them. The high level of expression HERV_W env proteins from HERV_W genes sequences in active MS plaques that shows the role of this protein in creation of disease. So, in this study, the goal is examine the level of HERV_W expression in PBMC samples of MS patients and compare of the level of them with Healthy control samples until examine the level of this genes in Blood cells in addition to active neural plaques. Material and Methods In this study, blood sampling obtained from 25 of MS patient and 25 of healthy control for neurological sign. Extract PBMC. Extract RNA with Trizol. Then, synthesis cDNA, for continue, done Real-time PCR and done analizing data then examine expression of this genes. Result Evaluation results of Real-time PCR that have been showed, the level of expression HERV_W in patients with multiple sclerosis several times as much as controle people. So, the level of TLRs in this people more then controle peoples. Regardless high level of NF_κB in multiple sclerosis patiens in scale with controle people, but connection between of them and the level of HERV_W proteins had not seen.
