In this study, STATA version 15 software was used for data analysis.
Findings: In this study, according to the obtained results, the degree of influence of demographic variables on service consumption is positive and direct. The influence of gender variable is different depending on the service (outpatient or inpatient). Outpatient and inpatient services, the t-test performed is significant, which confirms the direct effect of variables on consumption. According to the regression used, the desired model is statistically significant according to 2 logit and order regressions as a whole, but with Paying attention to the simple linear regression of the model is not significant.
