Abstract
Considering the increasing prevalence of STE-MI and its health care costs and clinical consequences, and taking into account that kidney problems are one of the relatively common cases in these patients, and the hospital consequences of STE-MI are one of the important factors in performance evaluation. The treatment system and the evaluation of its functional improvement are considered, therefore, in the present study, we intend to investigate the effect of BUN/cr level on hospital and one-year mortality of patients diagnosed with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction undergoing thrombolytic treatment in Shahid Madani Hospital, University of Medical Sciences. Tabriz, so that by evaluating the effect of BUN/cr level on the clinical outcome of these patients, the necessary treatment decisions can be made to improve the treatment outcome of these patients. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in 1400 and the researcher referred to the archives of Shahid Madani Hospital of Tabriz, the list of patients who were diagnosed with heart infarction with ST segment elevation in Shahid Madani Hospital of the University of Sciences during the years 2017, 2018, 2019. Tabriz Medical Center and received thrombolytic treatment were prepared and considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the file was included in the study and analyzed. A checklist was used to collect data. The data was analyzed using spss-16 software and descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The results of the present study showed that the variables of age and gender of patients, risk factors of diabetes, hypertension, smoking, renal failure, history of previous MI, laboratory test of troponin level and echocardiography criteria of ventricular ejection fraction with hospital and one-year mortality rate in patients with The diagnosis of heart infarction was related to the elevation of ST segment under thrombolytic treatment, and the blood BUN/Cr level was not related to the one-year mortality of patients with the diagnosis of heart infarction with elevation of the ST segment under thrombolytic treatment. And blood BUN/Cr levels were not related to hospital mortality in patients diagnosed with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction under thrombolytic treatment.
