Association of dietary patterns, diversity and quality scores with Alzheimer’s disease severity and serum levels of amyloid beta and lipocalin 2
Abstract
observed between diet diversity score with calculation (r=0.253, p=0.051), memory (r=0.247, p=0.057), language (r=0.252, p=0.053) and total MMSE (r=0.253, p=0.051).
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that higher diet diversity may reduce the risk and severity of AD, and adherence to the MIND diet might increase LCN2 serum levels.
