Abstract
Poultry industry is one of the most important industries in the world. The use of vaccination against diseases is very important and vital in this industry because it causes irreparable losses and damages in this industry, but it also has some limitations. In this study, we have prepared a new generation of vaccines by using Coriandrum Sativum plant as a nanoadjuvant that has the property of stimulating the immune system in order to reduce the mortality rate and take a step in this industry. The adjuvants used in common vaccines have limitations such as the toxic property of aluminum hydroxy, they need to repeat the vaccination at the level of poultry flocks, which increases stress in poultry and wastes time and money in this industry. The purpose of this study is to use quantum dot carbon nanoparticles synthesized from coriander extract. Due to the non-toxicity of these nanoparticles and the stimulating properties of the immune system and other benefits expressed in Coriandrum Sativum extract, these nanoparticles were used as nano adjuvants in poultry vaccination.
