Comparison of high-risk traffic points in Tabriz metropolis in the years 2020-2021

Abstract
This study may provide at least basic information about the current situation of traffic accidents in Tabriz, which may enable relevant bodies to re-examine the overall system of urban transportation networks and traffic flow. Therefore, the basic problem is to identify those RTABS in the metropolis of Tabriz and each of the towns of Tabriz. The aim of the study is to compare the high-risk traffic pionts in Tabriz metropolis in the years of 2020-2022 Method: In this study, which is an observational-cross-sectional-analytical study, all the information includes the request to send the code (ambulance) to the accident site and the documentation of the accident and the patients who are in the mission sheet of pre-hospital emergency personnel and dispatch center during 2019 And 1,400 registered ones are extracted and entered in the designed checklist. The studied variables are the age and sex of the patients, the type of trauma that occurred (car accident with car, car with pedestrian, overturning, car accident with motorcycle, motorcycle overturning), the place of the accident (exact address of the area) and the cause of the accident according to the traffic police report. is driving Then the data of 2019 is compared with the year 1400, the purpose of this comparison is to observe the decrease or increase of accidents in traffic black spots, the addition of new places to black spots or the reduction of the number of black spots and the reason for these changes. Results: In this study, 5423 missions were conducted in 2019, of which 17.6% were conducted in Region 7, 16.9% in Region 4, and 12.2% in Region 6. In the year 1400, the number of 6611 missions was carried out, 16.6% of which occurred in region 7 and 4, and 12.6% occurred in region 6. The male to female ratio was 1:3 in both years. In both years, the average age was 35 ± 15 years.
