Mach Rate Prostate Carcinima Pathological Grading In Trans Rectal Spacemen TRUS(Glison 6=3+3) with Palpable Nodule In Digital Rectal Examination(DRE) With Radical Prostatectomy Specimen In Prostate Carcinoma Patients

Abstract
Prostate cancer is the 2thed most common cancer in men. Due to high rate of mortality of this cancer screening for diagnosis and follow-up is very important. Digital rectal examination is the oldest and less invasive tool of screening of prostate cancer with high sensitivity and predictive value. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the alignment of pathologic grading of prostate carcinoma in trans rectal biopsy specimens 3+3=6 palpable nodules in Digital Rectal Examination with patients that have pathologic reports of radical prostatectomy. Methods: Taking into account the inclusion and exclusion criteria,61 patients who were operated in Sina hospital due to prostate cancer in 2016-2022 were included in the study .For each patient ,information from the hospital file, a questionnaire including checklist of inclusion and exclusion criteria , a questionnaire of demographic characteristics and the pathologic reports of trans rectal biopsy and radical prostatectomy were obtained. The variables of total PSA ,prostate volume, Gleasons score in pathologic reports of trans rectal biopsy and radical prostatectomy was recorded. Sampling is available from the patients files with the mentioned criteria and then pathologic reports of radical prostatectomy and the correlation between prostate volume and PSAlevel and PSA density with Gleason score was checked. Results: the mean ±standard deviation of PSAlevel index in the examined patients was 8.52±2.23 and minimum value was 5.60 and the maximum value was 18.60 ,who had prostate volume , which according to the results was 46±12.17with a minimum of 21 and maximum of 69 ml. The most of people were in the group with prostate volume of 40-49 ml, and the lowest number of people in the group of prostate volume of less than 30 ml. The mean of PSA density, which is calculated by dividing PSA by the volume of the prostate and expressed as a percentage, is 20.06 ± 7.7, with a minimum of 9.71 and a value of 51.90 ml in 36% of people after surgery pathology was the same of before )3+3=6 ( , while 64% had unequal reporting (3+4=7 and other results). The mean PSA density in the group with Gleason score of 3+3=6 was equal to 12.96±2.98 and in other groups it was 24.06±6.659.
