Abstract
osteoncrosis is a progressive disease that affects people in the 3rd to 5th decades. More than 20,000 new cases of stenosis are detected each year. osteoncrosis is caused by factors such as trauma, corticosteroids, alcohol and smoking, andhemoglobinopathies and other factors. BecomesVarious theories have been implicated in the development of osteonecrosis: ischemia - changes in mesenchymal cell differentiation and Cellular toxicity and individual susceptibility are involved. Targets: The aim of this study was to find a significant relationship between initial bleeding of the femoral head after perforation of the femoral head During surgery and the occurrence of osteonecrosis of the femoral head. materials and methods: Hip trauma, especially femoral neck fractures, are taken to the operating room for surgery. In the form of Randomly divided into two groups in the first group are patients who bleed following drilling the head and in the second group there are patients who do not bleed after DRILLING. The study included patients admitted to the orthopedic ward of Shohada Hospital in Tabriz. Due to the Previous studies have been performed and based on the formula for calculating the sample size and study capacity of 50 patients were obtained. Results: The mean age of patients in this study was 35/10+_5/98 based on the frequency distribution. Of the 74 patients studied, 26 did not have postoperative bleeding. and the rest They have bleeding. AVN was seen in 4 cases out of 48 patients who had bleeding during surgery. And out of 26 cases who had not bleeding during surgery AVN was seen in 8 cases.
