The rate of health protocols observation (prevent of covid-19 virus infection) among business owners of Heris City and factors affecting it.

Abstract
Introduction: Considering the newness of the disease, this research is unique in the selected community and will help the authorities for better planning. The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of adherence to the health protocols for the prevention of covid-19 disease by the guilds of Heris city and the factors affecting it.
Methods and Materials: In this study, the questionnaire of the Center for Environmental Health, Labor and Occupational Health Specialists of the Ministry of Health and Medicine was used. At the same time, the researcher completed the relevant criteria by referring directly to people's workplaces and professions and directly observing the conditions of trade unions there. The examinees have been selected according to the division of jobs into four corona groups and the necessity of the activities of groups 1 and 2 in the event of red and orange critical situations (Appendix 1). Finally, the collected data were analyzed using SPSS software.
Findings: The results showed that the most violations are seen in businesses tht do not have buisinesses licences and they are not under the supervision of legal and health offices. Such as private passenger cars and carpet weaving home workshops. The jobs of the first group have more lack of attention regarding protocols than the second group. The businesses of the first group include bakeries, offices, car-related businesses, etc, on average 3.3 violations, and the businesses of the second group include home appliance and mobile phone stores have 2.88 non-compliance standards have had in the evaluation of criteria, it was found that 37% did not pay attention to criterion 9 related to contact transmission, and according to criterion 1, 29% did not refer to the health system.
Conclusions: It seems that compliance with health protocols is not voluntary in most cases and requires continuous monitoring. Otherwise, it will cause disregard for health protocols and the law. Even occupational groups aware of health and disease issues avoid compliance with protocols without supervision.
