The purpose of this study is to survey the selected companies that provide telemedicine services in Iran and the world.
In order to achieve the goal of studying 10 selected non-Iranian companies for this study in July 2021, a search was conducted from www.myshortlister.com, and then 10 companies were selected based on the availability of scientific articles on Google Scholar. Two Iranian companies Pezeshket and Snapp doctor were also added to this study. The home page of the site, services that can be provided, terms of use and privacy and security were reviewed. Data extraction from articles was also done demonstration the information that was obtained from the sites and no additional information was obtained, and for this purpose 100 articles were used.
Institutionalizing remote services through companies is an evolutionary process and includes various aspects, each of which requires its own special considerations and efforts, among which the rights of the service recipient are at the top. be the quality of services provided is another important aspect that requires standards in the correct collection of clinical data. The technical aspect of providing health services is the guarantor of quality and compliance with the rights of providers and recipients of health services. Paying attention to international and national standards regarding remote health services by relevant companies will be among the fundamental principles of health care.
