Evaluation and ranking of non-governmental health organizations registered in welfare, police force and Ministry of Sports and Youth in terms of intervention in social health

Abstract
Introduction: NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) refers to any voluntary non-profit group of global citizens who operate at the local, national and international levels. Since the issue of health is very important for different societies and has been raised as one of the fundamental rights of individuals in international documents, the necessity of using voluntary and spontaneous forces in the form of non-governmental organizations becomes particularly important. Considering the importance of the role of non-governmental organizations in maintaining and promoting the health of the society, as well as considering the need for a mechanism to evaluate and rank non-governmental organizations, we consider our study under the title "Evaluation and ranking of non-governmental organizations" health registered in the welfare, police force and the Ministry of Sports and Youth in terms of intervention in social health" to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the country's health sector.
Methodology: The study carried out is a cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study and the statistical population includes all health non-governmental organizations affiliated to universities/faculties of medical sciences and healthcare services of the country and the sample of health non-governmental organizations registered in welfare, police force and the Ministry of Sports and It was young people. First, based on the indicators specified in the rating and evaluation form of health non-governmental organizations affiliated to universities/faculties of medical sciences and healthcare services of the country, the degree of compliance with the indicators was assessed by evaluators approved by the Ministry of Health. After calculating the total score of each of the health non-governmental organizations, in the next step, the monitoring indicators of the health non-governmental organizations registered in welfare, the police force and the Ministry of Sports and Youth in different areas for the year 1400 from the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations of the Ministry of Health were extracted and using SPSS-23 software, health NGOs were ranked. In the following, the relationship between the structural indicators of health non-governmental organizations and the ranking of health non-governmental organizations was investigated using SPSS-23 software.
Results:The findings show that the average total score obtained by the organizations registered in the NAJA organization was the highest and the average total score obtained by the organizations registered in the Ministry of Sports and Youth was the lowest. 3 groups showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the welfare, NAJA and Ministry of Sports and Youth groups. There was also a statistically significant difference between the city, provincial and national groups, and the larger the scope of activity of a seman, the better the total score. .
Conclusion :According to the findings and discussions in this regard, it can be concluded that non-governmental organizations performed better in the field of police force. The highest average score obtained by the organizations was in the field of using volunteer forces and the lowest average score obtained by the organizations was in the field of international relations. Also, as the scope of activities of Semans has expanded, their average score has improved, as a result, Semans obtained a higher average score in the national scope than in the city and province. In the examination of the performance scores based on the clusters of the provinces by univariate analysis of variance, it was found that the organizations of cluster 1 had the best performance and the organizations of cluster 3 had the weakest performance. After that, there is welfare, police force, and the Ministry of Sports and Youth.
