Survey of students' satisfaction with the virtual education of Tabriz School of Management and Medical Information

Abstract
Abstract Introduction: It was in late 2019 that a new disease called Covid 19 appeared in Wuhan, China and became epidemic within a few months, lead to closing many centers, including universities and educational institutions, and also lead to virtualizing education.. The aim of this study was to investigate students' satisfaction with the virtual education of Tabriz School of Management and Medical Information in 2021. Materials & Methods: The present study is a cross-sectional descriptive study that was conducted in 1400. The target population is the students of the School of Management and Medical Information and the sample size was obtained based on Cochran's formula 95 and sampling was done by available methods. A questionnaire taken from previous studies was used. SPSS version24 software was used for data analysis. Results: 23.3% of students are very satisfied with the educational goals. 20.5 stated that their satisfaction rate was high, 35.6% had moderate satisfaction, 10.43% had low satisfaction and 9.3% had very low satisfaction. Overall satisfaction with the content provided was 21.87% very high, 25.75% high, 32.75% medium, 10.27% low and 9.36% very low. Overall satisfaction with e-learning methods was 19.3 very high, 21.33% high, 36.55% medium, 12.60% low and 10.22% very low. Conclusion: The obtained statistics show that the situation of providing virtual trainings is not in a good condition. The main reason for dissatisfaction with e-learning seems to be related to e-learning methods, systems and infrastructure.
