A checklist containing demographic information including age-sex, vasopressor use, renal replacement therapy (RRT) and hospitalization outcome was recorded in the ICU. APACHE, NUTRIC and SOFA scores were calculated based on the attached tables for patients. Results : A total of 39 men and 41 women were included in the study. The mean age of patients was 18.85 ± 54.02. Regarding serum magnesium level, 42.5% of patients had serum magnesium level less than 1.7 and 53.75% of patients had serum magnesium level of 2.4_1.7. It was found that the mortality rate in patients with serum magnesium levels less than 1.7 mg / dl was significantly higher than patients with higher serum magnesium levels.
