Association of T-wave inversion and spontaneous coronary blood flow in ST-segment elevated myocardial infarction

Abstract
One of the primary goals in patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) is to establish premature coronary epithelial blood flow. Currently, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) has been accepted as a preferred intervention strategy in STEMI. Coronary artery bypass grafting will not be necessary in these patients and a high volume of these patients will be reduced. To find the relationship between T-inversion in ST-elevation leads and infarct artery duct openings in patients with ST-elevation MI. Materials and Methods: Our study group included patients with ST-elevation MI who underwent PCI. Among all patients who underwent PCI from Shahid Madani Hospital in Tabriz from January 2013 until the end of December 95, 1025 of them The subjects were selected randomly according to statistical principles. At the beginning of the study, a checklist related to age and sex and medical information of patients was filled. ST-elevation was confirmed in these patients and T-wave changes in the same leads were determined with respect to the ECGs obtained. Due to T wave changes, patients were divided into 2 groups. Group (T +), (T -). Also, according to the ST-elevation in the leads involved in the patients in two groups of anterior MI and non-anterior MI were studied. PCI according to Thrombolysis In Myocardial Infarction [TIMI] during PCI involved vascular blood flow. A value less than 0.05 was considered significant. Results: There was no statistically significant relationship between T inversion and STEMI type (P = 0.326), and no significant relationship between STEMI and Timifellow type (p = 0.065) between T-inversion and Timifellow type in anterior patients There was a statistically significant relationship (p = 0.001), and there was no statistically significant relationship between Timifellow and type of T-inversion in non-anterior patients (p = 0.211).
