Effect of traditional medicine interventions on patients with low back pain Quality of life and effective social determinants on it

Abstract
Low back pain is one of the most common problems in human societies, which is associated with loss of quality of life and significant financial costs. At present, various measures such as medications, physiotherapy, rest, surgery, etc. are used to treat low back pain. Methods: The present study is a descriptive-analytical study that was performed as a pre-test and post-test. The sample size was calculated using G-power software 202 people and the statistical population was patients with low back pain referred to traditional medicine clinics in Tabriz and to collect data from three questionnaires SF12 owsestory and measuring patients' satisfaction with services outpatient was used in three time periods before treatment, one month and two months after treatment and finally data were collected and analyzed using SPSS software. Results: To compare the mean scores of SF12 questionnaire in all three dependent groups friedman test was used and to examine the difference between the mean scores of the three time periods will coxon's symptomatic rank test was used which in both cases had statistically significant results. (p<0,05).Analysis in Generalized Estimating Equations(EEG) with Matrix covariance structure and exchangeability estimation method for exchangeable covariance matrix to investigate the relationship between quality of life change in patients with low back pain with 1-economic status 2-rate outpatient satisfaction 3. Disability rate was used and it was found that for one unit increase in satisfaction over time the quality of life increases by an average of 0.2 points.(p<0.001).Patients with illiterate education had an average of -5.76 low SF12 scores over three time periods compared to patients with university education.(p<0.001) and employees relative to non-employees averaged 1.65, single relative to married people averaged 5.75, men relative to women averaged 1.29, under 50 years relative to over 50 years averaged 1.35 higher SF12 scores over the three time periods.(p<0.001).
