The Effect of Education of Antiasthenic agents Consumption to Control the Asthmatic Attacks of the affected persons referring to the Selected Medical Centers of Tabriz

Abstract
Abstract: This research is a semi experimental study which has been conducted in the order of considering the effect of Education of Antiasthma agents Consumption to Control the Asthmatic Attacks of the affected persons referring to the Selected Medical Centers of Tabriz, an consists of a general objective and 13 specific objectives. Methods: This research has been done on 58 asthmatic patients referred to the medical centers of Tabriz. The selected sampling method in this study have been objective –oriented sampling training has been conducted by virtue of speeches, plays and lecture notes. The data gathering tools were consisted of interview forms for collecting demographic specifications, observation forms for recording the characteristics of the attacks, and a spirometer for determining the pulmonary functional conditions of the cases before and after training. To access to the research objectives, descriptive and comprehensive statics have been used and the results have been presented as to tables and 11 diagrams. Results: The results of the study indicate that the drug consumption training of the asthmatics causes a decrease in occurrence of the attacks, period of the attacks and at the results, reduction of the signs due to the attacks. The reliability of the training has been more than 99.5% in the occurrence of attacks, 90% in the period and more than 99.5% in the occurrence of effort dyspnea, insomnia, anging pectoris, sever coughs, phobia, anxiety and wheezing, 99% in vomiting and spewing and 95% in resting dyspnea. The addition, the reliability of training in pulmonary function has been ineffective by more than 95%. Finally the investigator has been presented suggestions to apply the findings and further studies based on the findings of the research.
