Survey relation of Occupational Health Accreditation Measures with Public Health, Performance and Job Satisfaction of Saqez Social Security Hospital Staff
Abstract
Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between occupational health accreditation standards and general health, performance and job satisfaction.
Methods: The statistical population of this study consisted of all employees of Saqez Social Security Hospital, which according to the information obtained from the recruitment unit of the hospital was about 210 people, using the available sampling method about 180 people as a statistical sample. selected. To collect data, four questionnaires were used: a) General health b) Patterson job performance questionnaire and c) Job satisfaction questionnaire of the University of Minnesota and d) Occupational health metrics and data analysis using Correlation coefficient and regression analysis were performed.
Results: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between accreditation standards in the field of occupational health and general health, performance and job satisfaction of social security hospital staff.
Discussion and Conclusion: Considering the significant relationship between occupational health accreditation standards and public health, performance and job satisfaction of Social Security Hospital staff, the more coherent and accurate these programs and standards are And if it is executed with more quality, its effect will be more.
