مقایسه ی استحکام باند میکرو کششی کامپوزیت به پرسلن لیتیوم دی سیلیکات با استفاده از دو نوع سیستم باندینگ مختلف
Abstract
Aims: The aim of the present study was to compare the micro tensile bond strength of composite resin to lithium disillicate porcelain, using two different adhesive types.
Material and methods:
In the present study, we used lithium disillicate blocks with dimensions of 6*6*6, and etched them with 9.5% HF for about 20s and then we appllied silane on the surface of blocks with micro brush. Then blocks were divided into 2 groups with different bonding systems for eatch group. In group 1 we used G-premio bond adhesive and in second group we used All bond universal , and then composite were layered on the blocks .composite was addded in layers and light cured after each layer. dimension of specimens were 6*6*12mm. For evaluation of the tensile bond strength ,blocks were sectioned into bar specimens(30 each group) with dimension of 1*1*12mm.The tensile bond strength of each specimens was calculated by dividing the failure load by the cross sectional area of the test bar.
Results:
The result of Samples T Test Independent showed significant differences in the mean bond strength values in terms of the adhesive type(P<0.001).Results showed higher bond values with the use of All bond universal.
Conclusion:
The results of the present study showed that the highest micro tensile bond strength values belonged to porcelain repaired with composite after application of All bond universal.
