Abstract
Introduction: Nowadays in all over the world pesticides used to destroy the pests. In other side greenhouse environment because of high temperature and humidity is suitable for pests to grow, so pesticides use by high concentration in greenhouse to control the pests and accumulate inside of crops that is known as pesticides residues. Thus determination of trace in these samples is very impoartant. Aim: The purpose of this study was a survey on some common pyretroids and confidor residues in greenhouse cucumber and tomato samples from Tabriz market. Materials and Methods: Aliquots of 30 numbers of each greenhouse cucumber and tomato were purchased from local markets and transferred to laboratory. Samples after milling and filtering were extracted by using of dispersive liquid liquid micro-extraction (DLLME) method. High pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV detection method was used to analyzing the treated samples at 225nm. Results: From 30 cucumber and 30 tomato samples, in 20, 16, 5, 8 and 1 number of cucumber samples and 22, 9, 8, 4 and 0 number of tomato samples, imidacloprid, fenpropathrin, cypermethrin, deltamethrin and fenvalerate was detected which 20, 0, 5, 8 and 1 number of cucumber samples and 22, 9, 8, 3 and 0 number of tomato samples, imidacloprid, fenpropathrin, cypermethrin, deltamethrin and fenvalerate was shown higher than MRLs. Conclusion: In this study DLLME in combination with HPLC was successfully used for the extraction and determination of pyrethroids and imidacloprid pesticides in greenhouse cucumber and tomato samples. Results showed that some samples were contaminated with pesticides at concentration higher than MRLs¬, so these pesticides must be used under precise control and attention.
