The Study of Receiving to Pre-conceptional Caring in First Half Pregnant Women referring to Post and Health Centers in Tabriz, 2010.

Abstract

Abstract: Introduction: Mothers, infants and babies health are important indications which reflex condition of a huge part of a society. And these indications are also determiners of health and hygiene and health of next generation. In addition mothers and infants death is one of the vital indications and an important criterion from hygiene situation of a country. Accessing to a schedule on time pregnancy is an undoubted right of men and women which are in the age of fertility. Bedsides it is one of the hygiene and pregnancy and hygiene sexual. According to the recognizing and adjusting of the danger before pregnancy. In April 2006, the center of control and prevention of maladies recommended that all women in the age of reproduction should take all caring pregnancy in order to start their pregnancy health. Materials and Methods: This research is descriptive study which 384 client to the post and health center of Tabriz. Between 27 center and 53 post health center, 27 on them were chosen relative and randomly. Then qualified client pregnant mothers were elected by the random table numbers. A four –part questionnaire for gathering data is made by researcher. It is consist of 4 kinds of sections: demographic section, pregnancy caring as physical health, spiritual –psychic and pregnancy in life style which after validity and reliability was used. Obtained data from research analyzed with descriptive and deductive statistics by using SPSS. Results: Result showed that receiving caring physical health is only consist of 2 weak and average group. And 288 (75%) of them notified it weak and 96(25%) notified it average. Also 286 (69.8%) clients of receiving caring in life style notified it weak and 114 (27%) notified average. Also client answers who were receiving caring psychic –spiritual care were negative thus caring of pre pregnancy was totally was weak. In addition (52%) of participants were not taken caring pregnancy. Discussion and results: The strategy of ministry of health and medical education about caring pre -pregnancy in health centers should perform and pursue as an important principle. And for reaching to a rather and permanent behavior in the age of fertilizing and improvement of society health they should hold didactic classes and publish pamphlets leaflet. As we are living in the technology and communication with the use of media and other sources we can inform people of society. In addition all of stuffs should educate about all aspects of caring pre –pregnancy and spiritual a psychological aspects.
