Abstract
Abstract: This Research is an Analytic Study (Case -control) which has been Conducted at the Educational Hospital of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in 1374 to survey the factors which causes Bedsore in patients at the surgical and traumatic nerve and brain wards. The specific objectives of the research are as the following points: Determining the internal factors lead to bedsore among the two control and observed groups, companing the internal factors in the two control and observed groups and companing the external factors lead to bedsore among the control and observed groups. The population of this study are the patients at the surgical and traumatic nerve and brain wards in the educational hospital of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. The sample under study are 50 accepted patient during the survey who have had the characteristics that required for the survey. The data collecting tool is a pre -prepared check list which has been completed at three stages. The collected data have been converted to 27 tables and have been used for the analysis of inferential and descriptive statistics. The findings of the research shows that internal factors such as age, surgical operation, the amount of hemoglobin, no reply to the stimulus in lower organs, controlling body condition without helping and presence of drench have shown a meaningful link with the occurrence of bedsore. Factors such as age, height and weight proportion, kind of disease, smoking, urine control, present diseases, fever blood pressure, Hematocrit, skin condition, awareness status, response to stimulus in the whole body, responses to stimuluses in one or two organs nutrition, body by giving help status control and receiving vitamin C and supplementary iron have not shown any meaningful link with bedsore. The results of the present research have also shown that external factors such as the nursing interference have no meaningful relation with the emergence of bedsore. Related to the first hypothesis of the research “internal factors are effective in the appearance of bedsore”. Because part of the hypothesis is proved and part of it disproved the first hypothesis will be totally rejected. Related to the second hypothesis “External factors are effective in the appearance bedsore” the results of the findings have shown no meaningful link, so the second hypothesis is also totally was rejected.
