Medical Health Centers were selected through “Cluster sampling” and clients were selected through “Quota sampling” method. Research setting was Tabriz Medical Health Centers. Sixty one percent of clients were dissatisfied with education while 39% were satisfied, and 66.2% of the clients were satisfied with the choice of birth control methods and 33.8% were not. On the whole 70.5% of the clients were satisfied with family planning services and 29.5% were dissatisfied. Discussion: The findings showed that the majority of client were satisfied with family planning services. However the level of client satisfaction with education was lower than other aspects. It might be as a results of poor quality of education in family planning services. So, there is need to further consideration of health care authorities in terms of client education.
