Abstract
This is a valuable and comprehensive interview. Materials and methods: The PAPA interview was translated into Persian. After examining the authenticity of the translation and editing, it examined the formal and conceptual adaptation by the panel of experts. To determine the content validity, two relative content validity coefficients (CVR) and content validity index (CVI) were used. To determine the reliability of the interview based on the final version, 30 children of 2-5 years old children (selected from Tabriz Health Centers) were tested in a two-week interval. Kappa and Cronbach's alpha were used to test the goals. Results: After translating the PAPA into Persian, the translation was done and for questioning the formal, content validity and reliability, the panel questions were presented to panel experts. According to them, the average CVI = 0.91 and Modified Kaapa = 0.90 and Cronbach's alpha = 0.88 for 60 selected questions And for the whole Cronbach's test alpha = 0.89.
