Patient’s Satisfaction form Nursing Care in Hazzrat Rassol Hospital Sanandaj in 1999.

Abstract
Abstract: Introduction: Care is the base of nursing trade and attentive function in nursing has priority over the other responsibilities. Social values influencing significantly high quality nursing and finally there is the social bed that will be treated between nursing service producer’s and receiver’s (customer’s or whom that asks for help) and responsible person’s (director’s and architect’s). Purpose: Appointment Satisfaction of patient’s that administer in surgery ward of Hazzrat Rassol Hospital of Sanandaj in 1999 from nursing care. Method & Tools: The present research is descriptive study that provided for detecting patient’s statistician from nursing care in Hazzrat Rassol Hospital of Sanandaj. A questionnaire regulated by use of text information and article’s. Which had 3 unit and contain 57 question in relation to demographic and social determination, Satisfaction from somatic care and Satisfaction from psychosocial cares. One hundred patient selected from surgery ward by random sampling by using descriptive and comprehensive static information analyzed. Results: The data ascertained that 68% of patient’s was satisfied and 32% dissatisfied from somatic nursing care. In relation to psycho- social nursing care 75% of patient’s satisfied and other remaining patient 25% was dissatisfied. There was no significant relationship between patient demographic and social determinations and satisfaction from somatic and psychosocial nursing care however there was a relation between age and surgical diagnosis with satisfaction from somatic care (P<0.05). There was relation between profession and satisfaction from psycho social nursing care also (P<0.05). Discussion: Results of this research may help to educational programs that strength nurses sights in order to recognizing somatic and psychosocial need of patient’s, in a way that put abolition of patient’s need in priority.
